基于AHP的安徽省文旅商贸类特色小镇综合竞争力评价研究——以安徽省“三瓜公社”为例

Research on Comprehensive Competitiveness Evaluation of Characteristic Towns of Cultural Tourism and Trade in Anhui Province Based on AHP——Taking “Sangua Commune” in Anhui Province as an Example

特色小镇是我国新型城镇化建设的助推器,安徽特色小镇虽然起步晚,但发展势头强劲,目前以文旅商贸类为主。文章以波特钻石模型和GEM模型为基础,结合可持续发展理论,构建特色小镇综合竞争力评价体系,根据安徽特色小镇专家调研结果确定体系指标权重。在此体系下,以安徽文旅商贸类特色小镇“三瓜公社”为例进行详尽剖析,根据其综合得分结果针对文旅商贸类小镇提出建议,助力该镇可持续发展,为省内同类小镇发展提供借鉴。

Characteristic town is the booster of China’s new urbanization construction,although Characteristic Towns in Anhui Province started late,they have a strong momentum of development.At present,they mainly focus on culture,tourism and commerce.Therefore,based on Porter diamond model and GEM model,this paper integrates the theory of sustainable development,constructs a comprehensive competitiveness evaluation system of characteristic towns,and determines the index weight of the system according to the expert survey results of Characteristic Towns in Anhui Province.Under this system,this paper selects the cultural tourism and business characteristic town“Sangua Commune”in Anhui Province as a case.According to the comprehensive score results,the paper puts forward suggestions to help the sustainable development of Sangua Commune,providing reference for the development of similar towns in the province.
