摘要
通过对数据驱动下的智能装配工艺设计技术研究,包括面向飞机装配工艺设计应用的知识表达技术、基于MBD的三维模型数据读取和模型轻量化技术、模型驱动的三维可视化装配工艺快速规划技术、基于知识的三维可视化详细装配工艺设计技术、三维装配工艺的结构化输出和生产现场可视化呈现等技术的详尽研究和具体实施应用场景搭建规划分析,为实现飞机由自动化、数字化向智能化装配转变提供了技术实施方向和参考。
Through the research of intelligent assembly process design technology driven by data,including detailed research and implementation planning analysis of knowledge expression technology for aircraft assembly process design,MBD based 3D model data reading and model lightweight technology,the model driven 3D visual assembly process rapid planning technology,knowledge-based 3D visualization detailed assembly process design technology,structured output and visual presentation of 3D assembly process technology,and other technical detailed research and planning analysis of specific application scenarios,it provides technical direction and reference for the transformation of aircraft from automation and digitization to intelligent assembly.
