胶粘剂应用于导电滑环的可行性研究

摘要 当导电滑环受到空间和重量的限制,无法采用螺钉进行装配时,可采用胶粘剂替代螺钉装配。为满足滑环在温度和振动冲击下电性能要求,需要保证胶粘剂粘结的可靠性。本文以A,B,C三种胶为胶粘剂,对三种胶粘剂进行温度筛选试验和振动筛选试验,并对筛选试验前后的导电滑环进行性能测试。试验结果表明,在经过筛选试验后,环氧胶A粘结牢固,胶接处无明显异常现象,滑环动态电阻变化量满足试验要求,且在试验前后,导电滑环的绝缘电阻与抗电强度也满足使用要求。 When conductive slip rings are limited by space and weight,they can be assembled by adhesives instead of screws.In order to meet the electrical performance of conductive slip rings,it is necessary to ensure the reliability of adhesives when they are impacted by temperature and vibration.The temperature and vibration screening test of A,B and C adhesives were carried out,and the performances of the conductive slip ring before and after the test were tested.The test results show that A adhesive bonded firmly,and there was no abnormal phenomenon on the adhesive surface after the screening test.The dynamic resistance variation during the test and the insulation resistance and the electrical strength before and after the test can meet the requirements.
