染色、印花用红光蓝色染料组合物的制备

A Red-blue Dye Composition for Dyeing and Printing

制备了分散染料和脱羧型水暂溶性分散染料拼混的红光蓝色染料组合物,并测试了应用性能。结果显示,该组合物溶解性能好,染色应用性能优异,固色率高,各项牢度达到或超过部颁标准,可以解决分散染料分散剂消耗量大、研磨周期长、贮存时间短等问题,具有广阔应用前景。

The red light blue dye composition mixed with decarboxylated water-soluble disperse dyes was prepared, and its application properties were tested.The results show that the composition has good solubility, excellent dyeing application performance, high fixation rate, and various fastness meet or exceed the ministerial standards.It can solve the disperse dye consume a large amount of dispersant, grinding cycle is long, short storage time, and has broad application prospects.
