高强度间歇训练在心脏康复中的应用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 心血管疾病的恢复和二次预防需要综合的心脏康复,高效的训练方式是关键。近些年来高强度间歇训练在心脏康复中被大量探索应用,并与传统的中等强度持续训练进行了比较。本文采用文献资料法,系统综述了高强度间歇训练与心脏康复相关研究文献,结果表明,高强度间歇训练是冠心病、心衰等康复的有效手段,可以显著提高冠心病、心衰人群的心肺功能,改善冠心病患者的血管内皮功能和生活质量,提高心衰病人心脏功能,且总体上,高强度间歇训练的效果好于中等强度持续训练。尽管高强度间歇训练并未显著提高二次心血管事件风险,但安全性仍需要大样本量的探究。
