A柱热成形补丁板点焊夹具设计与工艺开发

Fixture design and development of spot welding process for A-pillar hot forming patch work

摘要 以某车型A柱热成形补丁板为案例,对热成形补丁板工艺、夹具结构设计、焊接过程管控及以往类似项目案例进行分析,重新对其点焊夹具设计与工艺开发进行研究,重点关注了设计原则、控制变形、防错防漏、自动下料、人机工程、抗剪试验及焊接顺序等方面,并取得实质性效果,为汽车行业补丁板焊接提供了技术依据。
