摘要
制备了活性炭复合针刺无纺布、静电纺纳米纤维面料滤芯材料,利用正压防护头罩测试了滤材的气体通气性、酒精过滤吸附性能等。研究发现,活性炭复合针刺无纺布、静电纺纳米纤维后,过滤吸附性能大幅提高,且当活性炭厚度超过25mm后,活性炭静电纺膜复合滤材可以完全吸附过滤酒精气体。研究成果对空气过滤材料过滤吸附有毒有害气体具有借鉴意义。
Activated carbon composite needle-punched non-woven fabrics and electrospun nanofiber fabric filter materials were prepared,and positive pressure protective hoods were used to test the air permeability,the alcohol filtration and adsorption performance of the filter materials.The study showed that after activated carbon composited needle-punched non-woven fabrics and electrostatic spinning nanofibers,the filtration and adsorption performance improved greatly.The activated carbon electrostatic spinning membrane composite filter material could completely adsorb and filter alcohol gas when the thickness of activated carbon exceeded 25mm.The research results had reference significance for the filtration and adsorption of toxic and harmful gases by air filter materials.
