摘要
以聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、热塑性丙烯酸树脂、异氰酸酯和低分子量聚醚聚合物为主要原料,制备了湿气固化聚氨酯热熔胶。分析了结晶型聚酯多元醇、热塑性丙烯酸树脂和低分子量聚醚聚合物对湿气固化聚氨酯热熔胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:当m(聚酯多元醇7360)∶m(聚酯多元醇7380)=3∶1,w(热塑性丙烯酸树脂Dynacoll AC 1920)=20%,w(低分子量聚醚聚合物HP-270)=8%时,制备的湿气固化聚氨酯热熔胶综合性能良好;低分子量聚醚聚合物对湿气固化聚氨酯热熔胶的耐热性能和耐湿热性能作用明显。
Moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive was prepared with polyether polyol,polyester polyol,thermoplastic acrylic resin,isocyanate and low molecular weight polyether polymer as main raw materials.The effects of crystalline polyester polyol,thermoplastic acrylic resin and low molecular weight polyether polymer on the properties of moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive were analyzed as well. The research results showed that:when m(polyester polyol 7360)∶m(polyester polyol 7380)=3∶1,w(thermoplastic acrylic resin Dynacoll AC 1920)=20%,w(low molecular weight polyether polymer HP-270)=8%,the prepared moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive had good comprehensive performance. The low molecular weight polyether polymer had obvious effect on the heat resistance and moisture-heat resistance of moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive.
