一种10kV配电线路真空断路器平台异形防外破装置的设计与应用

摘要 针对10kV配电线路日益显著的鸟害外破问题,提出了一种异形防外破装置的设计与应用,旨在解决真空断路器平台位置的鸟类筑巢外破问题,避免鸟类在真空断路器箱体和刀闸开关框架平台上的落脚或筑巢,有效降低了相间异物搭接等外破故障的发生概率,大幅提升了配电线路防外破效果,从而更好地确保配电线路的安全可靠运行。 In view of the problem of bird damage of 10 kV distribution line, this paper presents the design and application of special-shaped anti-breaking device, aiming to solve the bird nesting breaking problem at the vacuum circuit breaker(VCB) platform, and prevent birds from settling or nesting on VCB boxes and knife switch frame platforms. The proposed method effectively reduces the breaking accident probability at foreign objects overlap, greatly improves the anti-breaking effect of distribution lines, so as to better ensure the safe and reliable operation of distribution lines.
