输电线路钢管杆质量检测及典型缺陷分析 被引量:3

摘要 钢管杆作为城市架空输电线路的主要支撑用杆,其质量的好坏将直接影响电能输送的稳定性和可靠性;城市发展及网架结构的改善对输电网建设提出了更高的要求,作为主要组成部分的钢管杆的质量要求也随之提高。对上海某地市公司近3年内110 kV及35 kV架空输电线路用钢管杆进行质量检测,并对检测出的问题进行了汇总和分类,发现焊缝及镀层外观质量缺陷是钢管杆质量问题的主要方面,同时分析了焊缝及镀层外观典型缺陷成因及影响。最后针对性地提出改进措施,以提升钢管杆投运质量,保障城市输电网坚强与稳定。 As the main supporting rod of urban overhead transmission lines, the quality of steel pipe will directly affect the stability and reliability of power transmission. The development of city and the improvement of grid structure pose higher requirements for transmission network construction, and the quality requirements of steel pipe rod as the main component also increased. The quality of steel pipe used in 110 kV and 35 kV overhead transmission lines in recent 3 years was tested, and the detected problems were summarized and classified. It was found that the quality defects of welding and coating were the main quality problems of steel pipe, and the causes and effects of typical defects of welding and coating were analyzed. Finally, the improvement measures are put forward to improve the operation quality of steel pipe and guarantee the strong and stable urban transmission network.
