摘要
设计了一种电缆敷设状态监测系统,系统利用内窥镜实现对管道内缺陷的监测,利用拉力传感器实现对电缆敷设过程中牵引力的监测。通过试验和测试数据分析得到,视频系统可清晰地观测到电缆管道内缺陷。所设计的监测系统可实现对电缆敷设状态的监测,避免了管道缺陷和过大拉力对电缆造成损伤。
A cable laying state monitoring system is designed, which uses an endoscope to monitor the defects within the pipeline, and uses a tension sensor to monitor the traction force during cable laying. As test and test data analysis can show the video system can clearly observe the defects within the cable pipeline. The designed monitoring system can realize the monitoring of cable laying state and avoid the damage of cable caused by pipeline defects and excessive tension.
