基于盈余模型的超临界电站锅炉蒸汽吹管用水节能研究

摘要 以超临界电站锅炉蒸汽吹管节能节水工作为研究对象,使用盈余法则对锅炉吹管过程中用水盈余量、冲洗时间、阶段吹扫时间等指标进行预评价,有效指导并在全周期吹管工作实施过程中落实节能节水措施,形成超临界电站锅炉蒸汽吹管用水的节能优化策略。基于电站锅炉蒸汽吹管盈余水量计算模型,评估吹管系统设备储水能力以及冲洗与吹扫的计划工作时间;对锅炉排水系统与吹管临时管道系统进行分析,提出扩大吹管能力措施;锅炉冷热态冲洗与分阶段吹扫,提出大流量冲洗模式和变流量冲洗模式、精细化控制吹管参数等有效节能措施。实践表明:基于盈余模型的超临界锅炉蒸汽吹管用水整体节能效果显著。 This research aims for the energy and water conservation of steam blowpipe of power station boiler with supercritical parameters. The surplus rule is used to pre-evaluate the water surplus, washing time, staged purging time and other indicators in the process of boiler pipe blowing, in order to effectively guide and implement energy-saving and water-saving measures in the process of the whole-cycle pipe blowing, and form the energy-saving optimization strategy of boiler blowing pipe in supercritical parameter power station. Based on the calculation model of surplus water of steam blowpipe of power plant boiler, the water storage capacity of blowpipe equipment and the planned working time of flushing and purging are evaluated. The drainage system of boiler and temporary pipe system of blowpipe are analyzed, and the measures of expanding blowpipe capacity are put forward. The effective energy-saving measures such as large flow flushing mode and variable flow flushing mode and fine control of blowing tube parameters are proposed. The practice has verified the remarkable whole energy saving effect of boiler steam blowpipes.
