电厂工业循环冷却水联合处理方案讨论 被引量:1

摘要 通过对火电厂循环冷却水常见处理方法汇总,分析了各种方法的适用性和优缺点。某电厂2×600 MW机组配备开式循环冷却水系统,采用阻垢剂处理法控制浓缩倍率,平均浓缩倍率为4。为进一步提高浓缩倍率,对阻垢剂—石灰联合处理和阻垢剂—硫酸联合处理这2种方案进行了比选,在同等加药量下:石灰去除成垢离子的能力是硫酸的1.9倍、每吨水药耗是硫酸的2.8倍。硫酸联合处理因有很大的硫酸钙结垢风险,浓缩倍率不建议超过5,而石灰联合处理可以提高浓缩倍率至5~6。 Through summarizing the common treatment methods of circulating cooling water in thermal power plants, the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed. A 2×600 MW unit of a power plant is equipped with open circulating cooling water system. Scale inhibitor treatment method is adopted to control the concentration ratio, and the average concentration ratio is 4. In order to further improve the concentration rate, two schemes of scale inhibitor-lime combined treatment and scale inhibitor-sulfuric acid combined treatment are compared. Under the same dosage, the capacity of lime to remove scale ions is 1.9 times that of sulfuric acid, and the water consumption per ton is 2.8 times that of sulfuric acid. The concentration ratio of sulfuric acid combined treatment should not exceed 5 due to the large-scale risk of calcium sulfate, while the concentration ratio of lime combined treatment can be increased to 5~6.
