Electronic archives single-set system is the filing mode widely accepted and used in the industry. In the case study of State Grid Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company, this paper introduces the single-set filing mode for the electronic archives, discusses the practice path and countermeasure for the possible problems. This research aims to make full use of the theory of single-set archiving mode in electric power enterprise electronic archives management, and to review the practice in order to achieve long-term development.
