加减肝复方治疗乳腺癌术后辅助化疗引起的肝功能损伤临床观察

Uinical Observation on Modified Liver Compound Prescription on Patients with Liver Damage Caused by Adjuvant Chemotherapy after Breast Cancer Surgery

目的分析加减肝复方在乳腺癌术后辅助化疗引起肝功能损伤患者中的干预效果。方法选择2018年3月—2020年3月收治的84例乳腺癌术后辅助化疗引起肝功能损伤的患者作为观察对象,根据专家确定的治疗方案,将84例患者分为对照组和试验组各42例。对照组予以联苯双酯滴丸治疗,试验组在此基础上联合加减肝复方汤剂治疗,对其治疗前后的相关肝功能指标以及中医证候疗效进行观察比较。结果 2组患者治疗前的肝功能各项指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);2组患者组内肝功能数据比较显示,治疗后AST、ALT、TB水平均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗14 d后,2组患者AST、ALT、TB水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。试验组中医证候疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺癌术后辅助化疗引起肝功能损伤的患者,加减肝复方治疗价值显著,可改善患者肝功能,减少肝损伤,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of modified liver compound prescription in patients with liver damage caused by adjuvant chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery.Methods The subjects were 84 patients with liver function injury caused by postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020.The 84 patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsule.On this basis,the experimental group was combined with modified liver compound decoction for the treatment.The relevant liver function indexes before and after the treatment as well as the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was observed and compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in liver function indexes between the two groups of patients(P> 0.05).The comparison of liver function data between the two groups showed that the levels of AST,ALT and TB were significantly improved after treatment(P< 0.05).The total effective rate of syndrome curative effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion For patients with liver function injury caused by postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer,the therapeutic value of liver compound prescription is significant,which can improve the liver function effect of patients and reduce the liver injury caused by chemotherapy.
