按摩联合自拟生化催乳汤对产妇乳汁分泌情况及乳房胀痛程度的影响

The Effect of Massage Combined with Self-made Shenghua Cuiru Decoction on the Secretion of Milk and the Extent of Breast Distending Pain

目的探讨按摩联合自拟生化催乳汤对产妇乳汁分泌情况及乳房胀痛程度的影响。方法按随机数字表法将景德镇市中医院2018年1月—2020年10月收治的82例产妇分为对照组(41例)和试验组(41例)。对照组产妇于产后进行常规治疗,试验组产妇于产后采用乳房按摩联合自拟生化催乳汤,2组产妇均随访3个月。比较2组产妇治疗后乳汁分泌情况、乳房胀痛情况以及产后42 d子宫复旧率、7 d泌乳成功率、3个月母乳喂养率。结果治疗后试验组泌乳始动时间短于对照组,乳汁初始分泌量多于对照组;试验组乳房胀痛总发生率低于对照组;试验组产后42 d子宫复旧率、7 d泌乳成功率和3个月母乳喂养率均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论乳房按摩联合自拟生化催乳汤可有效促进产妇产后乳汁分泌,减少产妇乳房胀痛情况的发生,提高母乳喂养率,加快子宫复旧,增强其母乳喂养信心,具有良好的临床效果。

Objective To study the effect of breast massage combined with self-made Shenghua Cuiru decoction on the secretion of milk and the extent of breast distending pain.Methods 82 pregnant women who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were divided into control group(41 cases) and experimental group(41 cases).The control group received routine intervention after delivery,and the experimental group received breast massage combined with self-made Shenghua Cuiru decoction after delivery.Both groups were followed up for 3 months.The milk secretion,breast bilge pain,42 days of uterus recovery,7-day lactation success rate and 3-month breast feeding rate were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the initial lactation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the initial secretion of milk was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of breast bilge pain in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the recovery rate of uterus in 42 days,the success rate of 7 days lactation and the rate of breastfeeding for 3 months in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Breast massage combined with self-made Shenghua Cuiru decoction can effectively promote the secretion of postpartum milk,reduce the breast distending pain,improve the rate of breast feeding,accelerate the recovery of uterus,and enhance the confidence of breast feeding,which has good clinical effect.
