中医子午流注护理对慢性鼻窦炎患者心理体验及行为表现的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Midnight Noon Ebb Flow Nursing on Psychological Experience and Behavior Performance of Patients with Chronic Sinusitis

目的探讨中医子午流注护理对慢性鼻窦炎患者心理体验及行为表现的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2019年11月收治的90例慢性鼻窦炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(45例)与对照组(45例)。患者均接受常规护理,研究组在此基础上接受中医子午流注护理。观察2组患者心理体验、行为表现等差异。结果干预前,研究组、对照组症状视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、压力知觉量表(PSS)评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、治疗依从性(ARS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组VAS评分、PSS评分、SAS评分及ARS评分、PSQI评分均显著下降,研究组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医子午流注护理有助于缓解患者焦虑、压力等负性情绪,提高患者治疗依从性、改善其睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the influence of midnight noon ebb flow nursing on psychological experience and behavior performance of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 90 patients with chronic sinusitis in our hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into study group(45 cases) and control group(45 cases) according to random number expression method.All patients received routine nursing,and the study group received "midnight noon ebb flow" nursing on this basis.The differences of psychological experience and behavior performance between the two groups were observed.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of visual analogue scale( VAS),stress perception scale( PSS),self rating Anxiety Scale( SAS),treatment compliance(ARS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality(PSQI) between the two groups(P> 0.05).After the intervention,the vas score,PSS score,SAS score,ARS score and PSQI score between the two groups were significant.The decrease in the study group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine midnight noon ebb flow nursing is helpful to relieve patients’ anxiety,pressure and other negative emotions,improve the treatment compliance and sleep quality of patients.
