丹参注射液治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Danshen Injection in the Treatment of Type II Respiratory Failure

目的观察丹参注射液治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者临床疗效。方法将108例Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者随机分为对照组(54例)和研究组(54例)。2组患者均予以常规治疗,研究组在此基础上再予以丹参注射液治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后肺功能(FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC)、动脉血气指标(Pa O2、Pa CO2、p H值)、血常规指标(WBC、NEUT%)、血清炎症因子(PCT、CRP)、凝血指标(APTT、FIB)、血液流变学指标(ηbc P、ηPc P、PAg、Hot)流变变化以及临床疗效。结果研究组提升FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、Pa O2、p H值及临床疗效的效果优于对照组(P<0.05);降低Pa CO2、WBC、NEUT%值、PCT、CRP、FIB效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液可有效提升Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者临床疗效,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danshen injection in the treatment of type II respiratory failure.Methods 108 patients with type II respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group(54 cases)and study group(54 cases).Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Danshen injection on this basis.The changes of pulmonary function(FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC),arterial blood gas index(PaO2,PaCO2,pH),blood routine index(WBC,NEUT%),serum inflammatory factors(PCT,CRP),coagulation index(APTT,FIB),hemorheology index(ηBCP,ηPCP,pag,hot)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The effect of improving FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PaO2,pH value and clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effect of reducing PaCO2,WBC,NEUT%,PCT,CRP,FIB of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen injection can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients with type II respiratory failure,and has high clinical value.
