风湿性多肌痛的中医治疗进展

Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Polymyalgia Rheumatica

风湿性多肌痛(Polymyalgia rheumatica,PMR)是以颈、肩、髋部肌肉疼痛为主要表现的综合征,50岁以上老年人好发。该病发病率高,病程较长,严重降低了患者的生活质量。临床上主要采用糖皮质激素治疗,不良反应较多。研究发现,中医治疗PMR效果显著,且能减小使用激素造成的不良作用,因此,笔者检索了近5年中医治疗PMR的相关文献,从中药治疗、中西医结合治疗、针灸治疗3个方面论述,以供参考。

Polymyalgia rheumatica(PMR),is a syndrome characterized by muscle pain in the neck,shoulder and hip,which usually occurs in the elderly patients over 50 years old,has a high incidence,a long course of disease,and seriously reduces the patients’quality of life.Clinical mainly uses the sugar cortical hormone treatment,adverse reaction is more.It is found that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PMR is effective and can reduce the side effects caused by the use of hormones.Therefore,the author searched the literature on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PMR in the recent 5 years and discussed it from three aspects:traditional Chinese medicine treatment,integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment,and acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for reference.
