半夏白术天麻汤联合中医疗法治疗眩晕临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress on Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Vertigo

随着现代眩晕症状的逐渐年轻化,该病受到越来越多人的关注。现代医家常用半夏白术天麻汤进行眩晕的治疗,但随着进一步的临床研究发现,该方联合耳穴压籽、推拿、针灸、温胆汤、泽泻汤对眩晕治疗更加有效,查阅近年的相关文献,筛选出半夏白术天麻汤联合中医疗法治疗眩晕文章,并对其临床研究做一总结综述,为治疗眩晕提供更好的临床指导,也提出了临床观察中存在的不足。

By referring to the relevant literatures in recent years,the article on the treatment of vertigo with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was screened out,and its clinical research was summarized.Modern physicians common employ Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction for the treatment of vertigo,but with further clinical studies have found that the prescription more efficient combination other traditional Chinese medicine therapy,such as auricular point sticking,massage,acupuncture,Wendan decoction and Zexie decoction,for the treatment of vertigo.Referring to the relevant literatures in recent years,this paper screened out the articles on the treatment of vertigo with the combination of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,and summarized its clinical research,providing better clinical guidance for the treatment of vertigo,and also pointed out the deficiencies in clinical observation.
