摘要
可变功能机械产品通过更换部分系统构件,可以获得不同的功能。对面向可变功能的机械产品变形设计进行了研究,通过结构变形即可实现不同的功能。在研究中,从机械产品概念设计的角度出发,对不同机械产品间的功能和结构相似度进行分析,基于此将结构划分为三种类型。针对不同类型结构间的变形,进行变更设计,获得能够满足可变功能要求的结构体。由此提出可变功能机械产品的结构-视图模型,对相关结构进行重组,并确定结构体之间的相互关系,最终获得基于结构变形的具有可变功能的机械产品。通过对可变功能无人机进行实例分析,验证所提出的面向可变功能的机械产品变形设计的可行性。
The mechanical product with variable function can obtain different functions by replacing part of the system components. Via research on the deformation design of mechanical product oriented to variable function,different functions can be realized through structural deformation. In the research,the function and structure similarity between different mechanical products were analyzed from the perspective of conceptual design of mechanical product,and based on this,the structure is divided into three types. According to the deformation between different types of structure,the design is changed to obtain a structure that can meet the requirement of variable function. Therefore,the structure-view model of mechanical product with variable function was proposed,the related structure was reorganized,and the relationship between the structures was determined,and finally a mechanical product with variable function based on structural deformation was obtained. Through the case analysis of the UAV with variable function,the feasibility of the proposed deformation design of mechanical product oriented to variable function was verified.
