摘要
从再制造角度出发,研究面向工程机械液压泵再制造的拆解序列规划。在研究中,以K3V系列斜盘式轴向柱塞泵为例,构建工程机械液压泵二维和三维拆解模型,利用空间约束矩阵、接触矩阵、自由度约束矩阵对拆解模型进行分析,进而得到切实可行的拆解序列。
From the perspective of remanufacturing, the disassembly sequence planning for the remanufacturing of hydraulic pump for construction machinery was studied. In the study,taking K3 V series swashplate axial piston pump as an example,the 2 D and 3 D disassembly models of hydraulic pump for construction machinery were constructed. The space constraint matrix,contact matrix and degree of freedom constraint matrix were employed to analyze the disassembly models,and then a feasible disassembly sequence was obtained.
