异形深孔数控镗削工艺设计

摘要 对异形深孔数控镗削工艺进行了设计。在设计中,根据异形深孔零件的结构和尺寸要求,绘制了异形深孔数控镗削工艺系统总体布局图。工艺设备由异形数控镗刀、镗杆、驱动装置、液压缸等组成,由数控系统发出编程指令,控制交流伺服电机运动,通过减速装置控制镗刀和进给拖板,使镗刀实现轴向和径向两轴联动,对异形深孔进行加工。为防止在切削力作用下镗杆弯曲变形,采用液压缸对镗杆进行拉伸,减小镗杆的受力变形。所设计的异形深孔数控镗削工艺适用于长度3 m以内的任意异形深孔,具有推广价值。 The CNC boring process for special-shaped deep hole was designed. In the design,according to the structure and size requirements of the special-shaped deep hole part,the overall layout of the CNC boring process system for special-shaped deep hole was drawn. The process equipment is composed of special-shaped CNC boring tool,boring bar,driving device,hydraulic cylinder,etc. The programming instructions are issued by the CNC system to control the movement of the AC servo motor,and the boring tool and the feed carriage are controlled by the deceleration device to realize continuous control of the boring tool in axial and radial directions to process special-shaped deep hole. In order to prevent bending and deformation of the boring bar under the action of cutting force,a hydraulic cylinder was used to stretch the boring bar to reduce the force deformation of the boring bar. The designed CNC boring process for special-shaped deep hole is suitable for any special-shaped deep hole with a length of 3 m,and has promotion value.
