摘要 对狭窄空间微型顶管施工技术进行了理论研究,并研制了一种微型顶管施工设备。在试验基地进行工艺与设备试验,并在沪昆高铁嘉兴南站路基线间排水修复工程中进行了实际试验,确认微型顶管施工效果良好。微型顶管施工可以解决高速铁路无砟轨道路基线间排水不畅,以及车站改扩建过程中电力电缆管线穿越既有运营线的问题。 Theoretical research on the construction technology of miniature pipe jacking in narrow space had been carried out,and a kind of miniature pipe jacking construction equipment had been developed. Process and equipment tests were carried out in the test base,and actual tests were carried out in the drainage repair project between the roadbed lines of the Jiaxing South Railway Station of the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway,confirming that the effects of the miniature pipe jacking construction are good. The miniature jacking construction can solve the problem of poor drainage between the roadbed lines of the ballastless track subgrade of the high-speed railway and the power cable pipeline crossing the existing operating line during the reconstruction and expansion of the station.
