精氨酸联合生物活性玻璃对乳牙釉质龋再矿化影响的研究 被引量:3

Effects of arginine combined with 45S5 bioglass on the remineralization of early carious lesions in deciduous teeth:An in vitro study

摘要 目的研究精氨酸联合生物活性玻璃对乳牙釉质早期龋的再矿化作用。方法除正常组和脱矿组样本外,另将50个乳牙人工龋样本分为5个实验组:6%生物活性玻璃组、6%生物活性玻璃+1%精氨酸组、6%生物活性玻璃+2%精氨酸组、6%生物活性玻璃+4%精氨酸组和去离子水组,并进行14 d的pH循环。显微硬度仪检测釉质表面硬度,电镜观察釉质的表面形貌,能谱分析仪分析表面的钙、磷含量及钙磷比。结果5个实验组的表面硬度恢复率(%)分别为(54.49±2.44)、(65.95±4.11)、(67.00±2.03)、(63.73±1.64)、(8.46±2.63);各组均形成新的钙化层,添加2%及4%精氨酸组的釉质表面最为平坦;精氨酸协同组钙、磷含量及钙磷比均显著高于生物玻璃组,其中2%及4%精氨酸组钙磷比与正常釉质相似。结论精氨酸与生物活性玻璃对乳牙早期龋的再矿化有协同作用,其中添加2%精氨酸组综合能力最佳。 Objective To evaluate the effect of arginine(Arg)combined with bioglass(BAG)on the remineralization of early caries lesions in deciduous enamel.Methods Apart from samples from the sound enamel group and demineralized enamel group,50 caries-like enamel samples were assigned to 5 experimental groups:6%BAG,6%BAG+1%Arg,6%BAG+2%Arg,6%BAG+4%Arg and deionized water group,and transported to a 14 days’pH-cycling.Vickers hardness test evaluated the mechanical properties through enamel microhardness recovery ratio(%REMH).Surface morphologies along with Ca(%),P(%)and Ca/P atomic ratio were observed using scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.Results%REMH processed by five experimental groups were(54.49±2.44),(65.95±4.11),(67.00±2.03),(63.73±1.64),(8.46±2.63)respectively;a newly formed layer was found in all groups,among which the 2%and 4%arginine combined groups showed the flattest;the Ca(%),P(%)and Ca/P ratio were significantly higher in combination groups than bioglass group,and 2%and 4%arginine combination groups showed similar Ca/P to normal enamel.Conclusion Arginine and bioactive glass have a synergistic effect on the remineralization of deciduous teeth,and the 2%arginine combined with 6%bioglass shows the best comprehensive ability.
