摘要
评估机构信息化建设对于评估行业升级和长远发展具有重要意义。本文利用问卷调查和典型案例分析法,对信息化需求进行了调查分析和总结,对信息化方案进行深度研究。通过调研发现,中小型评估机构的信息化水平不是很高,现有信息系统存在很多明显弊端。从业人员普遍认为将办公自动化软件、项目管理软件及其他日常使用的功能或软件集合在一起是一个好建议,通过合理的系统设计,能够同时提高效率与执业质量。基于中小型评估机构运作特点的深度分析,本文设计了中小型评估机构信息化结构框架,并对其中重点模块进行了解析。结合某评估机构基于"钉钉"平台的信息化实践案例,总结其成功经验。本文认为基于钉钉的中小型评估机构管理和项目管理解决方案是一项很有意义的实践,值得进一步研究和推广。
The information construction of appraisal agencies is of great significance for assessing the upgrading and long-term development of the industry. This paper uses questionnaires and typical case analysis to investigate and summarize the informatization requirement, and conduct in-depth research on informatization scheme. Through the investigation, it is found the informatization of small and medium appraisal agencies is low level, and the existing information system has many obvious drawbacks. It is generally accepted that it is a good idea to bring together office automation software, project management software, and other daily-used software. Through reasonable system design, improving efficiency and quality of practice can be achieved simultaneously. After an in-depth analysis of the operational characteristics of the appraisal agencies, this paper designs an information structure framework for the agencies. and presents analysis for the key modules. Based on a practical analysis of informatization of a certain appraisal agency using Ding Talk, some successful experience is found. This paper considers the Ding Talk-based scheme for both agency and project management to be a meaningful practice that deserves further research and promotion.
