内蒙古中部地区1318例宫颈癌临床特征分析

Clinical features analysis of 1318 cases of cervical cancer in central Inner Mongolia

目的分析和探讨2011年至2020年内蒙古自治区中部地区宫颈癌患者的发病趋势及临床特点,为内蒙古中部地区重点人群宫颈癌的预防、筛查、治疗和研究工作的开展提供必要的参考依据。方法收集和整理内蒙古中部地区2011年1月1日至2020年12月31日收治的1318例宫颈癌住院患者的临床资料,对临床特征及流行病学情况进行回顾性分析。结果(1)内蒙古中部地区近年患病人数呈逐年递减趋势;(2)平均发病年龄(51.25±10.91)岁,10年间总发病高峰年龄组为46~50岁组,发病年龄无明显年轻化趋势;(3)患病人群以汉族为主,农村患者所占比例高于城市患者,占72.84%;职业多为农牧民及无业人员,以小学及以下文化程度为主,但近年来中学以上文化程度患者比例有升高趋势;(4)病理类型多为鳞癌;临床病理分期Ⅰ期患者所占比例有增长趋势,而Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期患者有减少趋势。结论近10年间内蒙古中部地区宫颈癌患者人数逐年降低,发病年龄无明显年轻化趋势,临床期别呈早期化趋势。

Objective To analyze the incidence trend and clinical features of the cervical cancer patients in Inner Mongolia Province,and provide the necessary reference for the prevention,screening,treatment and research of the key population.Methods 1318 cases of cervical cancer treated in central Inner Mongolia from January 1,2011 to December 31,2020 were collected,their clinical features and epidemiological conditions were reviewed and analyzed.Results(1)The number of patients was declining year by year in Mid region of Inner Mongolia;(2)The onset age was(51.25±10.91)years old,the peak age of total onset in 10 years was 46~50 years old.There was no trend of becoming younger in average age;(3)The majority of the patients were Han nationality.The proportion of rural patients was higher than that of urban,accounting for 72.84%.The occupation of the patients were farmers,herdsmen and unemployed persons as main body.The education level was mainly primary school or even below,while with an increase proportion of middle school in recent years.(4)The mainly pathological type was squamous cancer.The proportion of clinical stageⅠwas increased year by year,while stageⅡandⅢpatients had a decreasing trend.Conclusion In the past 10 years,the number of cervical cancer patients in Inner Mongolia autonomous region decreased year by year,and the age of onset was no obvious trend of younger and the clinical stage showed an early trend.
