摘要 为贯彻落实《北京市"十三五"节能降耗及应对气候变化规划》中提到的关于"节能减排"的重点任务,照明工程中的环保问题不容忽视,绿色照明的理念逐渐被大众所接受。随着环保及可持续发展理念被社会广泛关注,大家对于照明方面的节能需求和期望也日趋明显。在提高照明质量的前提下,降低照明所消耗的用电量,进而减小发电单位所需输出的能源消耗、污染物排放和温室气体排放,对节能减排具有重要意义,同时在减小排放温室气体有积极作用。利用19处场地39处场所对LED照明产品在节能改造方面的实践数据,探讨了使用LED照明产品在节能上的显著经济效益,并对其可行性进行了分析。目前,已研发成功的LED照明产品具备很多优秀的特性,能源转换效率高是突出优势,另外还具备产品性能好的特性,在寿命长、安全可靠等方面同样出色。LED产品的使用范围已经超越过去的认知,不再局限于长期无人逗留的场所。同样,在指向性装饰的照明场所之外,依然能胜任,具有广泛的应用空间。 In order to implement the key tasks of energy conservation and emission reduction in the Beijing’s 13 th Five-Year Plan of Energy conservation and Consumption reduction and Climate Change, environmental issues in lighting cannot be ignored, and the concept of green lighting is gradually accepted by the public. As environmental protection and sustainable development are widely concerned by the society, the demand and expectation for energy saving in lighting are becoming more and more obvious. On the premise of improving lighting quality, reducing lighting electricity consumption, and then reducing the energy consumption, pollutant emissions and greenhouse gas emissions required for power generation, is of great significance to energy conservation and emission reduction and air pollution control. Based on the practical data of LED lighting energy-saving transformation in 39 places of 19 sites, this paper discusses the feasibility and significant economic benefits of using LED lighting energy-saving. At present, LED lighting products have the characteristics of high energy conversion efficiency, good product performance, long life, safety and reliability, etc., and the scope of use is no longer limited to long-term unmanned stay and directional decoration lighting places, with a wide range of application space.
