摘要
情感素养是影响教师情感劳动的重要因素。情感素养是指教师通过选择和实施恰当的情感策略有效地改变学生的认知、态度和情感的能力,包括情绪识别能力、情感理解能力、情感表达能力和情感感染力四个要素。良好的情感素养助力教师把握情感劳动时机,平衡情感表达与体验的冲突,增强情感劳动扮演适切性和促进情感劳动文化渗透。实践中通过坚持内修与外塑并举,加强情感素养培训,以理智规训情感冲突,并在实践中运用情感调节策略锤炼情感素养,增强情感劳动胜任力,发挥情感劳动的教育蕴意。
Emotional literacy is an important factor affecting teachers’ emotional labor. Emotional literacy refers to the ability of teachers to effectively change students’ cognition, attitude and emotion by selecting and implementing appropriate emotional strategies, which includes four elements: emotional recognition ability, emotional understanding ability, emotional expression ability and emotional appeal. The well emotional literacy helps teachers grasp the opportunity of emotional labor, balance the conflict between emotional expression and experience, enhance the suitability of emotional performance and promote the penetration of emotional labor culture. In practice, through insisting on the combination of internal cultivation and external shaping, strengthening the training of emotional literacy, disciplining emotional conflict with reason, and using emotional adjustment strategies to temper emotional literacy, so as to enhance emotional labor competence, and exert the educational implication of emotional labor.
