摘要
教师专业发展学分银行是一种聚焦于教师整个职业生涯周期各类专业学习成果认证、存储、转换等事宜的教师专业发展支持体系。教师专业发展学分银行可以赋能教师终身学习、推动教师教育一体化、深化教师教育改革、推进城乡教师一体化,促进教师实现终身发展、全面发展、创新发展、均衡发展。在实践过程中,应着重在建设一体化信息服务平台、建立国家教师专业发展标准体系、构建科学高效的运行机制、制定相配套的教师评价和聘用制度等方面努力,推进教师专业发展学分银行体系建设。
The Credit Bank of Teachers’ Professional Development(TPD) is a support system focusing on the certification, storage and conversion of various professional learning achievements in the whole career cycle of teachers. The Credit Bank of TPD can empower teachers’ lifelong learning, promote the integration of teacher education, deepen the reform of teacher education, promote the integration of urban and rural teachers, and promote teachers’ lifelong, all-round, innovative, and balanced development. In the process of practice, efforts should be made to promote the construction of the Credit Bank system of TPD from the aspects of building an integrated information service platform, establishing a national standard system of TPD, developing a scientific and efficient operation mechanism, and formulating a corresponding teacher evaluation and employment system.
