基于两点测站的风力机塔筒倾斜测量方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 该文基于免棱镜全站仪的两点测站法,通过现场测量,由几何关系计算可准确得塔筒倾斜量,可实现快速评定问题风力机因混凝土损伤引起的倾斜。基于误差传播定律,提出两点测站的风力机塔筒倾斜量测量的中误差计算公式,现场多次测量的结果表明该方法具有较高的测量精度,对于评估风力机基础混凝土中不可逆的风致疲劳损伤程度是可行的。同时,通过对问题风力机塔筒多段测量结果亦表明,塔筒变形不仅与底部基础混凝土损伤程度有关,而且与测试时机头偏置方向有关,建议将塔筒倾斜量作为评估基础混凝土风致疲劳损伤程度的补充参数予以考虑。 Based on the two-point measuring station method of prism-free total station,the tower inclination amount can be accurately gotten by the geometric relation calculation based on field measurement. It can quickly assess the inclination of the wind turbine caused by concrete damage. Based on the law of error propagation,a formula for calculation the mean error of tower inclination measurement based on two-point measuring station is proposed. The results of many field measurements show that the method has a high measurement accuracy and is feasible to evaluate the degree of irreversible wind-induced fatigue damage in the foundation concrete of wide turbines.At the same time,the multi-segment measurement results of the problem wind turbine tower also show that the deformation of the tower tube is is related not only to the damage degree of the foundation concrete at the bottom,but also to the bias direction of the head during the test. It is suggested that the tower inclination should be considered as a supplementary parameter to evaluate the degree of windinduced fatigue damage of foundation concrete.
