MOF与MAPbBr_(3)复合材料的制备与发光性能研究

摘要 近年来,铅卤盐有机钙钛矿材料MAPbX_(3)(MA=CH_(3)NH_(3),X=Cl,Br,I)因其优良的光学性能而备受关注。但MAPbX_(3)材料大多以量子点为主,需要在液体环境中进行制备以及分散在溶剂中进行保存,从而在一定程度上限制了其在太阳能电池、发光二极管等领域的发展。本文制备了MOF材料与MAPbBr_(3)钙钛矿量子点的复合材料,并测试了发光情况。研究结果表明:在金属有机框架材料(MOF)上成功合成了MAPbBr_(3)钙钛矿量子点,制备出MOF材料与MAPbBr_(3)钙钛矿量子点的复合材料;并且PL光谱显示,复合材料分别在534 nm和617 nm处激发出特征发射峰,具有更加优异的发光性能。 In recent years,lead halide organic perovskite MAPbX_(3)(MA=CH_(3)NH_(3),X=Cl,Br,I)has attracted much attention due to its excellent optical properties.However,most of MAPbX_(3) materials are mainly quantum dots,and they need to be prepared in liquid environment and stored dispersed in solution,which limits its development in solar cells,light-emitting diodes and other fields to a certain extent.In this paper,MOF and MAPbBr_(3) perovskite quantum dots were prepared,and the luminescence was measured.The results show that MAPbBr_(3) perovskite quantum dots on metal organic framework(MOF)has been successfully synthesized,and the composite of MOF and MAPbBr_(3) perovskite quantum dots has been prepared.The PL spectra show that the characteristic emission peaks are excited at 534 and 617 nm respectively,and the composite has more excellent luminescence properties.
