摘要
莱钢大H型钢生产线精轧机组采用的导卫装配为横梁装配式,导卫装配便捷,备件通用性较好。这种装配模式存在着精度保证困难的缺点,随着设备的不断老化,因导卫原因出现的堆钢事故频繁发生,对精轧导卫进行了稳定性改造,通过增加上导卫平衡装置,极大地提高了生产的稳定性。
The guide assembly adopted in the finishing mill of large H-beam production line of Laiwu Steel is crossbeam assembly,which is convenient for guide assembly and has good universality of spare parts.While this assembly mode has the disadvantage of difficult accuracy assurance,and with the continuous aging of the equipment,the piling-up accidents due to the guide occurred frequently.The stability improvement of the finishing rolling guide was earned out,and the production stability was greatly improved by adding the upper guide balance device.
