摘要 目的探讨儿童新型冠状病毒Delta变异株感染者临床及高分辨率CT(HRCT)影像表现特点。方法回顾性分析确诊新型冠状病毒Delta变异株感染的患儿29例,其中男15例,女14例,年龄11(5,15)岁,分析其临床及HRCT特点。结果 (1)CT/X线检查有无肺炎与患儿临床症状、实验室检查结果之间无统计学意义。(2)HRCT阳性时肺内病灶表现为局限性磨玻璃影,主要分布于胸膜下,单肺叶、肺段受累为主,所有患者均未见肿大淋巴结及胸腔积液。(3)肺炎患者预后良好。结论儿童新型冠状病毒Delta变异株感染者影像主要表现为局灶性磨玻璃影,以胸膜下分布为主,单肺叶、肺段受累为主,预后良好;儿童感染率及无症状感染者比率较高,且肺炎程度较轻,临床工作中可适当减少对儿童CT检查的次数以减少放射辐射。 Objective To investigate the initial high resolution CT(HRCT) manifestations and clinical features of children infected with the novel coronavirus Delta variant.Methods A retrospective analysis of 29 patients was performed. There were 15 males and 14 females, with a median age of 11 years(5-15 years). Their clinical features and HRCT characteristics were analyzed.Results There was no significant correlation between the presence or absence of pneumonia on CT/X ray results and clinical symptoms or with the laboratory examination results. When HRCT was positive, pulmonary lesions showed localized ground glass opacity, mainly distributed under the pleura, with single lobe and segment involvement. None of the infected children presented with lymghadenopathy and pleural effusion. The prognosis was good. Conclusions The initial images of children infected with the novel coronavirus Delta variant mainly shows localized ground glass opacity, mainly distributed under the pleura, with single lobe and segment involvement. The infection rate and asymptomatic infection rate of children are higher. And the degree of pneumonia is mild. The frequency of CT examinations in children may be appropriately reduced in clinical work to reduce radiation exposure.
