血清Spexin、神经调节蛋白4表达与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血清Spexin、神经调节蛋白4(Nrg4)表达与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的相关性。方法选取就诊的GDM孕妇120例纳入观察组,选择同期进行产检的健康孕妇120例作为对照组,分别观察两组孕妇血清Spexin、Nrg4水平以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR);分析GDM孕妇血清Spexin、Nrg4与TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平的相关性;最后分析影响孕妇发生GDM的因素。结果观察组血清LDL-C、TC、TG、FBG、FINS及HOMA-IR水平均高于对照组,而血清HDL-C、Spexin、Nrg4水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血清Spexin、Nrg4水平与LDL-C、TC、TG、FBG、FINS及HOMA-IR均呈负相关,与HDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05);HOMA-IR升高是影响孕妇发生GDM的独立危险因素,血清Spexin、Nrg4升高是其保护因素(P<0.05)。结论 GDM孕妇血清Spexin、Nrg4表达水平均降低,可能与糖脂代谢过程有关,参与GDM的发生发展。
