因地制宜进行桥梁工业化技术提升——两港大道快速化工程桥梁设计

摘要 桥梁建设由标准化、装配化,逐步向工业化发展,而盲目追求工业化,也将带来建设成本的增加。因此,因地制宜地进行桥梁结构的选型和建造,对造价和工期都会带来积极的影响。以临港新片区两港大道快速化工程为背景,总结了高架桥梁上部和下部结构的特点及选型,提升了预制拼装技术,并对节点桥梁进行特殊考虑,为相似地区的城市高架桥梁工程提供有益的参考。 Bridge construction has been gradually developing from standardization and assembly to industrialization.Blind pursuit of industrialization would also bring about an increase in construction costs.Therefore,selecting and constructing bridge structures according to local conditions would have a positive impact on cost and construction period.Taking the rapid project of Lianggang Avenue in Lingang New Area as the background,this paper summarized the characteristics and selection of superstructure and substructure of elevated bridge,the promotion of prefabrication and assembly technology,and the special consideration of node bridge,which provided a useful reference for urban elevated bridge projects in similar areas.
