城市道路路侧净区安全宽度计算与保障研究

摘要 针对我国城市道路路侧净区的研究缺乏和公路路侧净区研究成果不适用于城市道路的问题,以及我国公路路侧规定的3~9 m安全净区值不适用于用地紧张的城市道路和国外城市道路路侧净区取值单一的问题,通过分析城市道路路侧环境和交通事故的特点,从路侧事故特征和安全碰撞两方面,分别提出了不同车速和道路特征下的路侧净区宽度取值要求:当车速大于40 km/h时,城市道路一般路段净区宽度值建议不小于1.35 m,弯道外侧净区宽度的取值不小于2.0 m;当车速小于等于40 km/h时,城市道路路侧净区宽度值建议不小于0.5 m;当在易驶入路侧的横断面变换段时,路侧净区宽度建议满足车辆安全碰撞对应的计算值;当路侧空间有限时,根据净区内障碍物类型和危险程度,采取增设防护措施、警告设施、控速措施或不处理等手段。并基于此,针对不同类型横断面的城市道路,提出了路侧安全净区保障的建议。 In view of the inapplicability of the 3~9 m highway roadside clean zone width to urban road with tight land,and the problem of single value of urban roadside clear zone width in foreign researches,by analyzing the characteristics of urban roadside environment and traffic accidents,the requirements for the width of urban roadside clear zone under different speeds and road characteristics were respectively proposed:when the vehicle speed was greater than 40 km/h,the width of urban roadside clear zone of the general section was recommended to be not less than 1.35 m,and the urban roadside clear zone width of outside of horizontal curves should not be less than 2.0 m;when the vehicle speed was less than or equal to 40 km/h,it was recommended that the urban roadside clear zone width was not less than 0.5 m;when it was a cross-section transition section which was easy to drive into the roadside,the roadside clear zone width was recommended to meet the calculated value corresponding to the safe collision of the vehicle;When the roadside land was tight,measures such as additional protective measures,warning facilities,speed control measures,or no treatment should be adopted according to the type and danger degree of obstacles in the clear zone.And based on this,for different types of cross-section urban roads, recommendations for roadside safety clear zone protection were proposed.
