摘要 桥梁转体施工时为单点支撑体系,转动体的平衡对施工过程中的安全起着至关重要的作用,而高、重、宽T型刚构桥对不平衡重更为敏感。采用球铰转动测试法对浑水塘特大桥转体结构纵向及横向不平衡力矩、偏心距及摩阻力矩进行了实测并进行配重,以保证转体结构平衡。同时,以球铰摩阻力矩作为不平衡力矩限值,得到转体施工阶段T型刚构桥纵横向偏心距控制值,并对现有部分转体结构桥梁球铰摩阻力矩及转体质量进行了统计,计算出各桥偏心距控制值,为同类型桥梁转体施工控制提供借鉴。 Bridge swivel construction is a single point support system.The balance of the swivel plays an important role in the safety of construction process.The high,heavy and wide T-rigid frame bridge is more sensitive to unbal anced weight.By testing method of spherical hinge swivel,the longitudinal and lateral unbalanced moments,eccentricity and friction moments of swiveling structure of Hunshuitang bridge are measured.The counterweights are car ried out to ensure balance of the swiveling structure.At the same time,taking the spherical hinge friction moment as the unbalanced moment limit,the longitudinal and lateral eccentricity control value of T-rigid frame bridge during swivel construction stage are obtained.The spherical hinge friction moment and swivel weight of part of existing swivel structure bridge are counted to calculate the eccentricity control value of each bridges,so as to provide reference for similar swivel construction control.
