智慧图书馆背景下应用型本科高校图书馆馆员建设对策研究

Research on the Construction Countermeasures of Librarians in Applied Undergraduate Universities under the Background of Smart Libraries

伴随数字化、网络化和智能化信息技术的高速发展,高校智慧图书馆成为高校图书馆建设发展的方向。但是,应用型本科高校图书馆馆员建设中设计缺乏长远规划、资金投入严重不足、队伍建设缺乏活力等问题制约高校智慧图书馆的建设步伐。因此,高校应该采取积极措施,对图书馆馆员发展进行长远规划,多渠道加强建设的经费投入,完善考评机制,提升高校智慧图书馆馆员的信息服务水平。

With the rapid development of digitalization,networking and intelligent information technology,university smart library has become the direction of university library construction and development.However,in the construction of applied undergraduate university libraries,a top-level design lacks long-term planning,the capital investment is seriously insufficient,and the construction of librarian team lacks vitality.Therefore,it is critical to make a long-term plan for the development of libraries,strengthen the fund investment of library construction through multiple channels,perfect the evaluation mechanism of librarians,and promote the development of university intelligent libraries.
