发展本科层次职业教育的现状与反思 被引量:3

摘要 发展高层次职业教育历来是我国建设完整职业教育体系的重要内容。学界针对发展高等职业教育的必要性、定位问题以及发展策略进行了探索,并取得了丰硕成果。这为当前发展本科层次职业教育奠定了重要基础。尽管如此,承接已有研究成果,当前研究存在重复和停滞问题,主要体现在尚未开展关于发展本科层次职业教育科学性的必要论证研究;尚未形成关于本科层次职业教育定位的普遍共识;尚未解决发展高等职业教育的历史遗留问题等三个方面。鉴于现状,未来研究建议基于对职业与工作的正确理解,通过厘清对口就业与学历的关系,检验发展本科层次职业教育的科学性;基于各类教育内涵区别,明确本科层次职业教育定位;基于当前职业教育改革建议,完善具体措施与办法,解决发展本科层次职业教育面临的师资、生源等问题。 The development of high-level vocational education has been an important part of developing a higher vocational education system in China. Academia has developed fruitful results in necessity analysis,definition, and developmental strategies. This has laid a crucial foundation for the current research about developing undergraduate level vocational education. However, there are problems of repetition and stagnation in current research, mainly reflected in the lack of demonstration research on the necessity of developing undergraduate level vocational education. There is no consensus on the orientation of undergraduate level vocational education. The historical problems of developing higher vocational education have not been solved yet. Given these current situations, further research suggests that based on a correct understanding of profession and job to check the necessity of developing undergraduate level vocational education, based on the difference of core concepts analysis to clarify the definition, based on the current vocational education reform suggestions, improve specific measures and methods to solve the problems of teaching staff and students in the development of undergraduate level vocational education.
