企业深度参与产教融合的博弈、障碍及消解

The Game, Obstacle and Resolution of Enterprises’ Depth Participation in the Integration of Enterprises with Vocational Schools and Universities

产教融合已然成为国家创新发展的重要引擎。当前,企业深度参与产教融合存在三种不同的博弈行为,即因亲缘选择而积极参与,碍于不确定性而权衡参与,存在寻租行为而虚假参与。企业深度参与产教融合的障碍主要源于对政策理解不深、主体意识缺乏、注重短期收益、保障机制不健全等方面。为消解企业深度参与产教融合的障碍,企业需关注产教融合的社会影响力,落实政策要求;通过转换客体意识,提高企业深度参与产教融合的主动性;制订产教融合长远发展规划,扩展收益途径;参与并完善产教融合的保障机制,维护主体权益,从而实现产教深度融合。

The integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities has become an important of national innovation and development engine. At present, there are three different game behaviors for enterprises to deeply integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, that is active participation, weighing participation and false participation. The obstacles for enterprises to deeply participate in the integration of thus achieving the depth mainly stem from the lack of understanding of policies, subject awareness, the focus on short-term gains, and the imperfect guaranteed mechanism. In order to eliminate the obstacles for enterprises to deeply participate in the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, enterprises need to pay attention to the social influence of the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, implement policy requirements, and increase the initiative of enterprises through the conversion of object awareness. At the same time, it is necessary to formulate the long-term development of integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, expand income channels, participate in and improve the guarantee mechanism of the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, safeguard the rights and interests, thus achieving the depth integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities.
