摘要
随着教育技术的不断进步,思政课在线教学已成为高校思想政治教育的重要形式。通过访谈和问卷调查分析思政课在线教学三个环节的现状:在教学预设与准备阶段,教学设计偏向预设性、个性化辅导和小组讨论的教学支持不足,网上资源和文字教材所占比重较大;在教学组织与实施阶段,课前导学使用频率不高,课程督学仍有较大提升空间等;在教学评价与监管阶段,形成性评价和终结性评价并行,试题库和监管机制有待完善。研究结果显示,目前思政课在线教学存在设计上以网络课程和在线直播为主,实施上以教学前期和集中辅导为主,评价与监管上以形成性与终结性评价相结合为主,伴有定期巡查机制等特点,可以通过提高在线教学质量、加强师资队伍建设、完善教学评价体系、构建教学质量评价指标体系,形成思政课在线教学反馈的闭环,提升思政课在线教学的整体质量。
With the continuous progress of educational technology, online teaching of ideological and political theory courses has become an important form of ideological and political education in universities. This paper analyzes the current situation of the three links of online teaching of ideological and political theory courses through interviews and questionnaires. We find that in the teaching presupposition and preparation stage, teaching design tends to be preplanned, the teaching support of personalized guidance and group discussions are insufficient, and the proportion of online resources and written teaching materials is large. In the teaching organization and implementation stage, the frequency of use of pre-class guidance is not high, and there is still much room for curriculum supervisors to improve. In the teaching evaluation and supervision stage, formative evaluation and terminal evaluation are parallel, and the test bank and supervision mechanism need to be improved. The research results show that the current online teaching of ideological and political theory courses is mainly based on online courses and live broadcasts, and the implementation is mainly based on pre-teaching and centralized counseling,and the evaluation and supervision are mainly based on the combination of the formative and terminal evaluation,accompanied by regular inspection mechanisms. We believe that a closed loop of online teaching feedback can improve the overall quality of online teaching in ideological and political theory courses. It is manifested in improving the quality of online teaching, strengthening the construction of teaching team, improving the teaching evaluation system, and constructing a teaching quality evaluation index system.
