摘要
作者以安顺地区种植的‘艳红’桃和毛桃作为研究对象,分别从桃单果重、果实水分含量、果型指数、维生素C含量、果肉中糖酸比5个品质指标对两种桃的果肉品质进行比较。结果表明,‘艳红’桃除果个比毛桃小之外,其果肉品质、水分含量、糖酸比均比毛桃高,皮薄汁多、口感清甜。
Taking ’Yanhong’ peach and wild peach planted in Anshun area as the research object,the pulp quality of the two kinds of peach were compared from five quality indexes:the weight of single fruit,the moisture content of fruit,the fruit type index,the determination of vitamin C content and the sugar acid ratio in pulp. The results showed that the pulp quality,water content and sugar acid ratio of ’Yanhong’ peach were higher than those of wild peach,except that the fruit size was smaller than that of wild peach,it is thin and juicy, tastes sweet.
