摘要
为研究合六叶公路桥不等厚结构对铺装碾压质量的影响,在离散元分析软件PFC3D中建立了环氧沥青混凝土的细观力学模型,首先通过分析混合料的单次碾压下降量和累计碾压下降量,对实际施工中压路机的碾压遍数进行验证;再提取不同区域混合料在碾压作业时的平均应力,对不等厚过渡区的碾压施工要点进行了分析。结果表明:不等厚过渡区的铺装在碾压作业中受力状态较差,应避免压路机在不等厚过渡区长时间静止停留,防止出现混合料的过压或破坏。
In order to study the influence of structure with different thickness of Heliuye highway bridge on the pavement rolling quality,a micromechanical model of epoxy asphalt concrete is established in the discrete element analysis software PFC3D.Firstly,the rolling times of the road roller during the actual construction are verified by analyzing the single and cumulative rolling declining volume of the mixture;then the average stress of mixture in different areas during the rolling operation is extracted,and the key points of rolling construction in the transition area with different thickness are analyzed.The results show that,the stress state of the pavement in the transition area with different thickness is poor during the rolling operation.The road roller should be avoided to stay stationary for a long time in the transition area with different thickness,so as to prevent the overpressure or damage of the mixture.
