摘要
为改善道路用炉渣的集料性能,拓展其在道路工程中的应用范围,设计了一种将炉渣与污泥联合稳定化处理的方法,并对稳定化处理后的炉渣进行集料性能检测。研究结果表明:炉渣和污泥的联合稳定化处理可显著加快炉渣的碳酸化过程,有效提高炉渣的集料性能;干基比为8∶2或7∶3时,炉渣与污泥稳定化处理效果最好,且效率较高;稳定化处理前后,炉渣颗粒的吸水率下降了60.7%,压碎值降低了54.3%,其整体性能趋近于天然玄武岩集料,有效提高了炉渣的工程集料性能。
In order to improve the aggregate performance of road slag and expand its application range in road engineering,a method of combined stabilization treatment of slag and sludge is designed,and the aggregate performance of slag after stabilizing treatment is tested.The research results show that:the combined stabilization treatment of slag and sludge can significantly accelerate the carbonation process of slag and effectively improve the aggregate performance of slag;when the dry basis ratio is 8:2 or 7:3,the stabilization effect of slag and sludge is the best and the efficiency is high;before and after stabilization treatment,the water absorption of slag particles decreases by 60.7%and the crushing value decreases by 54.3%.Its overall performance is close to that of natural basalt aggregate,which can effectively improve the engineering aggregate performance of slag.
