摘要
分别采用漫反射一维中红外(MIR)光谱、漫反射二阶导数中红外(MIR)光谱及漫反射二维中红外(2D-MIR)光谱开展了高硼硅玻璃的结构研究.实验发现,高硼硅玻璃的红外吸收模式主要包括:Si-O键的不对称伸缩振动模式(νas_(Si-O)),Si-O键的对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(s Si-O)),Si-O键的弯曲振动模式(δ_(Si-O)),B-O键的不对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(as B-O))和B-O键的不对称变角振动模式(δ_(as B-O)).进一步研究了在时间扰动因素下,高硼硅玻璃主要官能团对应吸收峰变化的快慢顺序.该项研究拓展了漫反射三级中红外(MIR)光谱在重要的玻璃材料(高硼硅玻璃)结构的研究范围.
The high borosilicate glass structure had been studied by diffuse reflectance one-dimensional middle infrared(MIR)spectroscopy,diffuse reflectance second derivative middle infrared(MIR)spectroscopy and diffuse reflectance two dimensional middle infrared(2D-MIR)spectroscopy.The infrared absorption mode of high borosilicate glass included Si-O bond asymmetric stretching vibration(ν_(as Si-O)),Si-O bond symmetrical stretching vibration(νs Si-O),Si-O bond bending vibration mode(δSi-O),B-O bond asymmetric stretching vibration(νas B-O)and B-O bond asymmetric bending vibration mode(δ_(as B-O)).The sequence of high borosilicate glass main functional groups absorption peak changes were studied over time also.The paper demonstrated the key roles of three-step middle infrared(MIR)spectroscopy in the analysis of structure of the important glass material(high borosilicate glass).
