Fengqiao Experience:The Time Significance of Ideological and Political Work Participating in Social Governance

从思想政治工作角度研究社会治理,既是贯彻落实国家治理理念现代化的必然要求,也是推动思想政治教育现代化发展的有效探索。始于浙江、推广全国的"枫桥经验",既是中国社会基层治理的范本,更是思想政治工作的鲜活呈现,尤其体现在工作对象、工作方法和工作场域等方面。研究和探讨"枫桥经验"蕴含的思想政治工作意蕴,在激活"自治"活力、搭建"智治"平台、增强"法治"约束和营造"德治"文化四个方面对创新新时代的思想政治工作有着启发意义。

The study of social governance from the perspective of ideological and political work is both the necessary need of implementing the modernization of national governance concept and also an effective exploration of promoting the modernization development of ideological and political education.The Fengqiao Experience,which originated in Zhejiang Province and has spread nationwide,is more than an example of social grassroots governance in China but a living presentation of ideological and political work,especially in fields including work object,method,and domain.The study on the significance of Fengqiao Experience in ideological and political work can inspire the innovation of ideological and political work in the new era in the following four aspects:activating the vitality of self-governance;building an intelligentgovernance platform;enhancing the rule of law restriction;and creating a rule of virtue culture.
