乡村振兴战略视域下农民职业教育的现实困境与治理路径

Realistic Dilemma and Governance Path of Farmers'Vocational Education from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

农民职业教育作为支撑乡村振兴的重要力量,在促进农民自我实现与农村农业产业良性发展等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。然而,我国农民职业教育依然面临着教育理念陈旧、农民认知不足、资源配备失衡、监管力度不够及支持政策体系不完善等现实困境。为此,应以乡村振兴战略深入实施为指引,通过创新职业教育思想观念、优化资源配置、完善农民职业教育培训体系、强化监管力度及完善配套支持政策等措施破解农民职业教育现实困境,推进农民职业教育更好地服务乡村振兴战略向纵深发展。

As an important force supporting rural revitalization,farmers'vocational education plays a vital role in promoting farmers'self realization and the benign development of rural agricultural industry.However,China's farmers'vocational education is still faced with such practical difficulties as outdated education con⁃cept,insufficient farmers'cognition,unbalanced resource allocation,insufficient supervision and imperfect supporting policy system.Therefore,under the guidance of the in⁃depth implementation of the Rural Revital⁃ization Strategy,we should solve the practical dilemma of farmers'vocational education by innovating the ideas of vocational education,optimizing the allocation of resources,improving the farmers'vocational educa⁃tion and training system,strengthening supervision and improving supporting policies,so as to promote the in⁃depth development of farmers'vocational education to better serve the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
