摘要
目的:分析交锁髓内钉内固定疗法在创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折中的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年12月收治患者创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折36例,依据治疗方法不同分为两组。观察组给予交锁髓内钉内固定疗法;对照组采用传统钢板内固定疗法。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组手术用时、术中出血量及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛评分、关节功能恢复时间及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3~6个月,观察组膝关节功能量表(HSS)及生活质量量表(QOL)各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:交锁髓内钉内固定疗法的效果显著,能够优化手术操作,降低术后风险,最大程度改善患者膝关节功能,进而促进生活质量提升。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation in traumatic long tubular bone fractures of lower limbs.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020,36 patients with traumatic long tubular bone fractures of lower limbs were treated.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation.The control group was treated with traditional plate internal fixation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:In the observation group,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding and hospital stay were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score,joint function recovery time and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 to 6 months of follow-up,the scores of knee function(HSS)and quality of life(QOL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation is significant,which can optimize the operation,reduce the postoperative risk,improve the knee function of patients to the greatest extent,and accordingly promote the improvement of quality of life.
