射频消融联合臭氧消融在改善颈椎疼痛中的有效性分析

Analysis on Effectiveness of Radiofrequency Ablation Combined with Ozone Ablation in Improving Cervical Spine Pain

目的:探究射频消融联合臭氧消融方案治疗颈椎疼痛的可行性与有效性。方法:2019年2月-2021年2月收治颈椎疼痛患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组单独进行臭氧消融治疗;研究组进行射频消融联合臭氧消融治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)均低于对照组,生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)总评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融联合臭氧消融方案可进一步强化颈椎疼痛患者的治疗效果,缓解疼痛症状,改善颈椎功能,优化生活质量。

Objective:To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of cervical spine pain.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2021,76 patients with cervical spine pain were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ozone ablation alone.The research group performed radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone ablation therapy.The treatment effects of the two groups was compared.Results:The visual analogue score(VAS)and cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)of the research group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the total score of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone ablation can further strengthen the treatment effect of patients with cervical spine pain,relieve pain symptoms,improve cervical spine function,and optimize the quality of life.
